With distinct 11 geographical regions, outdoor activities will never disappoint the residents of the “sooner state”. Bartlesville is a small town about 45 minutes away from Tulsa and offers a comfortable, quiet, and affordable living for retirees. The cost of living is below average and the average house costs about $120,000 with some of the lowest property taxes in the country. The weather is also fairly on the higher side during the winter.
